The following conditions apply:

Shipping conditions

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Albania, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Macedonia, Moldavia, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Romania, Russia, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary, Belarus.

Shipping costs (including legal value added tax)

Deliveries within Germany:

For the shipping method "Postbrief" we charge a flat rate of 1,90 € per order.

For the shipping method "Standard Package" we charge a flat rate of 4.80 € per order.

All other shipping costs result from quantity+weight, as well as the shipping service you have chosen and the country of destination.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

For the shipping method "Postbrief" we charge a flat rate of 4,50 € per order.

For the shipping method "standard package" we charge a flat rate of 5,80 € per order.

All other shipping costs result from quantity+weight, as well as the shipping service you have chosen and the destination country.

Delivery of download products:

There are no shipping costs for download products (digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium).

Download products can be downloaded via a link provided by e-mail.
This e-mail with access data for the execution of the download will be sent within 24 hours after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment order).

Terms of delivery

As far as no other time limit is stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within the country (Germany) will take place within 2-3 days, in case of foreign deliveries within 2- 6 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment order).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one joint shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
